The Accountant in this role will manage financial accounts, leveraging advanced skills in accounting software and Excel.

They will contribute to strategic decision-making, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with regulations in support of accurate financial reporting.

Accountant Responsibilities :

Manage and reconcile financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and contribute to strategic decision-making

Utilize accounting software and advanced Excel skills to support financial operations

Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Support internal and external audits as needed

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Accountant Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

2+ years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in the merchandising or retail industry

Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills
