We are working with a large manufacturer looking for a Maintenance Technician and Engineer for their location in the Bronx.
We are looking to fill the position of Maintenance Technician, who under the direction of the Maintenance Manager will primarily be responsible for performing general maintenance on the facility and machinery.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory, including the use of meters, understanding voltage, phases, and resistance
- Good electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in plumbing, carpentry, wiring, and machining preferred
- Ability to accurately read various types of gauges and meters.
- Basic welding machine and MIG feeder repair skills
- Familiar with lock out, tag out procedures
- Must be a champion of safety
