In this pivotal role, you will ensure the timely delivery of goods, maintain data accuracy, and support the purchasing department in various essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management : Ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting the company's performance standards.
• Inventory Oversight : Expedite orders to adhere to inventory guidelines, manage high-risk and zero-bin reports to prevent stock shortages.
• Data Analysis : Run and analyse reports from the ERP system, responding to data trends and gaps.
• Order Management : Monitor daily open order reports, ensure all purchase orders have confirmations, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Problem Solving : Investigate supply delays and bring issues to closure, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Managers, Site Leads, Inventory Planners, IT, and Finance to complete supply chain tasks.
• KPI Reporting : Support the management and reporting of key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Skills :

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• At least one year of industry experience in a direct or cross-functional role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, vendor relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas).
• ERP system experience.
• One year of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
