Clinic Type : Direct Primary Care (DPC)

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering quality care to patients in a family medicine setting
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with proficiency and ensure patient comfort
- Take and record vital signs, and medical histories, and update patient records
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider
- Provide patient education and instructions on treatment plans
- Assist with routine office procedures, including EKGs and other diagnostic tests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Manage lab specimens and coordinate with external labs as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred
- Phlebotomy certification or proven experience is required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a family medicine or primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
- CPR certification is preferred

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00 / hour.
