ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and help lead the vision and roadmap for your product area alongside product managers, user researchers, content strategists, engineers, and other designers.

Shape your team's roadmap and goals by providing input from a user's perspective.Provide guidance on how design supports the company objectives, product vision and team's goals.

Clearly communicate and represent the user's perspective at every level, including accessibility, usability, demographic, persona, and overall user experience.

Transform insights and requirements into experiences that feel intentional to diverse audiences.Understand the importance of User Research and Data Science to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important in your work.

Partner with those teams throughout the design and development process, helping craft user research studies and implement learnings into your designs and those of the larger design team.

Lead and provide direction to other designers in the creation of detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes, etc. based on your own insight and requirements from Product Management.

Clearly and thoroughly communicate UX to relevant teams and help represent UX throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.

Understand and incorporate complex regulatory, business, and technical requirements to maintain privacy, accountability, and user control.

Prototype user journeys and flows for user research.Share early and often, gather and provide constructive feedback, and quickly iterate on designs and assist other design team members in their feedback cycles.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.5+ years of experience as a user experience designer working on cross-functional teams releasing consumer or enterprise products.

Experience helping lead and mentor a team of creatives.Skilled storyteller with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results.

The ability to break down problems and work within constraints.Experience designing high-quality digital products with significant business and technical complexity.

A track record of aligning to design systems, complying with accessibility, and anticipating translations.Experience with design thinking methodologies, service design, and cross-functional strategy.

Deep curiosity around current products, trends, software, platforms, and hardware.Expert knowledge of Figma, and experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.

A portfolio of work containing case studies showcasing how you frame problems, act on insights, and design best-in-class digital product experiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $131,040 to $171,990. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.

Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.

Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.

Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
