Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
Implement short and long-term hiring plans based on current and future staffing needs
Manage candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and / or five years of physician / APP recruitment experience
Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
Proven record of successful physician and APP recruitment
