Salary : $58,500 - $62,000 annually
Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities include :
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day-to-day care of the residents according to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensures proper orientation training of new / existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this.
- Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff.
- Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages.
- Administer medications as allowed per state-specific and company guidelines when required.
Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Education & Experience :
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or
- Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or
- High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience required
Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, preferred
