JOB TITLE : Logistics and Customs Compliance Support - Entry Level
LOCATION : San Jose, CA
DURATION : 6 months
PAY RANGE : $21-$25 / hr
TOP SKILLS :
- 1+years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import / Export compliance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experienced with the classification process
- Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formals, pivots table)

What You'll Do
Hiring for a Logistics and Customs compliance support (Contractor)
- Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, Following up on shipment discrepancy
- Assist Customs compliance (C-TPAT, Customs regulations, HTS codes maintenance)
- Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
- Review and process logistics vendor invoices
- Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for vendor QBRs, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation
- Location : Onsite at our San Jose office / headquarters 5 days a week
Requirements :
- 1+years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import / Export compliance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experienced with the classification process
- Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formals, pivots table)
