Join Our Team as a Maintenance Manager!

The primary purpose of this role is to manage maintenance resources to implement and sustain strategic maintenance objectives to support Manufacturing Excellence within the region's manufacturing defined business systems. This requires leadership skills, analytical skills, and diplomacy. Focus will be on safety, maintenance performance improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. The key challenge and value will be balancing plant production requirements while adhering to planned maintenance activities and goals.

What You'll Do :

What We're Looking For :

Minimum :

Three years' industrial maintenance experience

HS diploma or GED plus certificates (i.e. course completion certificates for hydraulics, PLC programming, devices & circuits, pneumatics, etc.)

Preferred :

Management experience

Associate degree with emphasis in a technical discipline preferred
