Job Description
Seeking an experienced Controller to lead and mentor our accounting team. The successful candidate will supervise the accounting staff and receptionist, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining exceptional customer service, and assisting in various accounting functions.
Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, professional development, performance evaluations, assisting in credit and collection processes, reviewing financial data, preparing journal entries, and supporting the Controller in preparing financial statements, audits, and budget processes.
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of accounting experience including full-cycle accounting (GL, close, AR, AP, reporting, financial statement prep, budget process)
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in any ERP Software
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables / vlookups)
- Inventory accounting experience

This is a fully on-site position in Elkhart, Indiana.
Work Environment
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with flexibility on start time.
