A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and support for remote teams in accounting and tax services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic HR partnership and guidance on HR services to support business objectivesOversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development processesImplement HR policies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive remote work environmentQualifications5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a remote or BPO environmentHR certification (e.
g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusDeep knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and labor laws for remote workersHands-on experience with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, performance management systems, etc.
