Employee is responsible for organizing and monitoring the workload within the distribution center and releasing work to the various picking areas.

Also responsible for assigning all bins, provide assistance and interact with warehouse IT and warehouse control systems (WCS) issues (utilizing corporate guidance as necessary), maintaining all equipment including headsets, radios, computers, printers, etc.

• Must have good time management skills, able to work independently with minimum supervisions, in a team environment and be a team player
• Able to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Exhibit professional (internal) customer service skills
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers with minimal direction after completion of training

Essential Functions :

• Create and print price stickers, carton and location labels
• Prioritize, commit, and print orders
• Process letdown
• Get orders ready for production and shipping
• Manage assignment of bins and other relatable assigned duties
• Manage ordering of supplies, put-away and replenishment of supplies
• Manage processing of Bill of Ladings
• Key and process employee orders
• Schedule receiving appointments
• Any other assigned duties

Language Skills :

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to speak with all levels of the organization at the DC and Corporate
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manuals

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years office experience
• Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with strong analytical skills
• Experience with iSeries / AS400 a plus
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required which may include working off shifts and weekends, same day Overtime as needed
• Production environment experience preferred

• Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; and reach with hands and arms
