The position is responsible for promoting and supporting the growth of Lucas Milhaupt's products and services in our chosen market segments and applications.
The role requires a hands-on approach to developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of marketing plans across both digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of marketing tools, analytics, and trends to drive successful campaigns.
DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Assisting in developing an integrated marketing plan, defining priorities and implementing tactics in various areas, including advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning / tradeshows.
- Assisting with marketing data analysis, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic.
- Generating compelling content for our website, social media, and print collateral.
- Supporting lead generation initiatives through appropriate directory usage, electronic database searches, CRM, and telephone contact to support sales activity.
- Building marketing lists and segment data by industry, channel and geographic region.
- Developing and implementing lead nurturing and follow-up programs.
- Performing basic market research activities as necessary. This may include new customer surveys, existing customer sales data, and test marketing of new products.
- Performing other duties when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Strong interpersonal / written skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and being able to work both independently and with a team.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and proactive.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and digital and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design software packages, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Must be willing to travel (15%).
EDUCATION :
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
