Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and file SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-KsLead the proxy statement process and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the annual stockholder meetingAssist with capital markets transactions and manage governance policies, ensuring compliance with SEC and NYSE regulationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of relevant professional experience in a law firm and / or in-house settingIn-depth expertise in securities laws and the 1933 and 1934 ActsJ.
