Your Responsibilities :

• Cultivate enduring partnerships with healthcare tenants, vendors, and contractors, fostering a network built on trust and collaboration.
• Develop and manage budgets tailored to healthcare facilities, overseeing every dollar with strategic foresight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial property management experience, specializing in healthcare properties.

• Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
