Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor in all things real estate
• Meet with buyers and sellers, carefully listening to their needs and showing properties that perfectly match their criteria
• Host engaging open houses that showcase properties in their best light and attract potential buyers
• Oversee transactions from listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for your clients
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and innovative marketing strategies
• Be a knowledgeable local market expert, staying informed about neighborhood trends, schools, and community features

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements :

• Proven track record with at least 2 closed deals in the last 12 months
• Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and grow your business
• Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple clients and transactions
• Valid Real Estate License and commitment to ongoing professional development
