Volt is immediately hiring for Procurement Agent 2 in Hazelwood, MO

Position Type : Full time contract

Duration : 12+ months

SHIFTS : 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM

As a Procurement Agent 2 you will

Position Responsibilities :

Job Description

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Work in a collaborative team environment
• More than 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2 years of experience working within systems such as Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP(4HANA)
• 2 years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
• 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).

Pay Range : $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
