Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Advocacy : Serve as a liaison between the patient, surgical team, and other healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Pre-Operative Preparation : Prepare the operating room with necessary supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Intraoperative Support : Monitor patient conditions, assist the surgical team, and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Post-Operative Care : Assist with patient recovery and provide post-operative instructions and care as needed.
• Documentation : Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures.

Required Skills :

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Circulating RN in an operating room setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
