Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Controller to oversee all financial operations of our non-profit organization.
Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and manage the general ledger.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Design and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
- Provide strategic financial insights and support executive leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience.
- Nonprofit experience preferred.
- Strong technical accounting skills, proficiency in financial software, and advanced Excel capabilities.
