Responsibilities :

  • Review and finalize bid packages
  • Implement Jobs in the Cost System
  • Manage the correspondence within operations and update work-in-progress schedules
  • Billing customers with collecting bad debt
  • Preparing weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Coordinating with the monthly close-out of the books
  • Prepare, post, send, and collect bills for jobs managed by internal teams
  • Post customer bills and monitor collections for jobs managed by Project Managers
  • Monitor and collect retention per the terms of each contract
  • Update Weekly Billing and Produced Volume reports weekly
  • Lead the branch staff in the monthly closeout process
  • Prepare Year-End Projections
  • Compile information for Monthly Branch Reports

Qualifications :

  • Ability to collect, interpret and present financial and performance information
  • Ability to track, prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in business and / or accounting with financial reporting
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • Proficient in business math, accounting, and financial reporting
