Federal Contracts Administrator Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, is seeking a Federal Contracts Administrator to support our growing company.

Experience with Veteran’s Health Administration is a plus. The selected applicant should reside in the DC metro area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of government contracts and subcontracts, from initial proposal to final closeout.

Tasks include : Assisting with reviewing contract proposals to ensure that they meet all government requirements. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and government contracting officers.

Drafting and executing contracts, as well as contract modifications and amendments. Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.

Managing contract disputes and resolving issues with counterparties. Maintaining contract records and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Developing and implementing contract management systems and procedures. Maintaining the contract management system. Staying up to date on the latest government regulations and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. 15-20 years of experience in federal government contract and subcontract administration.

Expert GSA Schedules knowledge and experience. Knowledge of the federal government procurement process and the laws and regulations pertaining thereto.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely. Preferred Qualifications Experience with contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Federal Supply Schedule 621i contracts or contracts supplying healthcare staff to government facilities. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
