Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Bridge Superintendent to lead our bridge replacement and new build projects across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge construction, with a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of bridge construction projects, including replacements and new builds.
• Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
• Train and supervise field personnel, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and safety.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in bridge construction, including replacement projects and new builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
