Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. No extensive experience? No problem! We will provide the training you need to grow and succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Paint Application : Apply professional paint finishes using spray gun equipment, following our guidelines to ensure quality results.
• Surface Preparation : Prepare surfaces for painting, including filing, masking, and smoothing.
• Equipment Maintenance : Help clean and maintain equipment to ensure it’s ready for use.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Keep the workspace clean and follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inventory and Waste Management : Assist with inventory management and the safe disposal of waste.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with hand tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to stay organized and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
