About the Hospital / Director Invasive Cardiology (RN) Position :
- Non-profit, growing, 450+ bed teaching hospital in the heart of the Southeast
- Position will manage a very busy and growing Cardiology Department with a team of 60 FTE's, including four (4) Managers / Coordinators
- Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative CNO

Director Invasive Cardiology (RN) Requirements :
- Master's degree required (if not in Nursing, must have BSN as well)
- RN Active License
- Minimum of three (3) years of acute care hospital leadership experience required, preferably in cardiac services
- Must have at least five (5) years Cardiac nursing experience (Cath and / or EP)
- Must have previous experience leading a team, achieving excellent patient outcomes and staff engagement, and establishing collaborative relationships with physicians
