Job Title : Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location : Fully Remote
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 7 : 00am - 6 : 00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Rate : $45,000 to $50,000 salaried, depending on experience
What you will be doing :
- Assist the Coach in the support and management of client accounts
- Participate in coaching calls, taking detailed notes, and reviewing them with the coach before sending to the client and posting in Notion
- Putting tasks in project management software for ongoing projects
- Responding to client emails as appropriate
- Keep all client information up to date, including contacts and website properties
- Organize and post blogs and reviews on client websites and social media
- Assist in filling out the monthly report
- Test client website forms
- Execute SEO for new websites and review and maintain SEO for current websites in coordination with coaches
- Update GMB for clients by adding products, reviews, etc.
- Complete UTM tags
- Schedule client calls for coaches
- Website updates and edits such as coupons, banners, calls to action, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification :
- 1 year experience in digital marketing or combination of education and experience
- Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators
- High communicator via phone and email
- Must be able to work in collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Must actively participate in meetings
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time with little supervision
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
