Job Title : Dynamics 365 ERP Optimization Consultant

Hourly Rate : Up to $100 / hour
Job Summary : We are in search of a Dynamics 365 ERP Optimization Consultant to guide our post-implementation phase. The consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing system utilization, streamlining business processes, and fostering acceptance of new automated solutions among our legacy staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess the current Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop strategies to increase system efficiency and user adoption.
- Facilitate the transition of legacy employees to new automated processes within Dynamics 365.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new features and workflows.
- Provide advanced training and support to end-users, emphasizing the benefits of automation.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align Dynamics 365 functionality with organizational goals.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the ERP environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in Dynamics 365 ERP post-implementation optimization.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in user adoption strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting advanced training sessions and workshops.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
