Join the largest privately held promotional products company in the US as our Regional Sales Vice President. We are dedicated to excellence and innovation and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and strengthen our relationships with independent sales partners in the Northeast Region.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for managing and optimizing our network of independent sales partners within the Northeast region.

This role involves strategic oversight, relationship management, recruiting, and operational support to ensure that our sales partners are aligned with our company’s sales goals.

The RVP will play a critical role in driving regional sales growth and fostering a productive and collaborative environment with our independent sales partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight : Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and growth of independent sales partners within the Northeast region, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with independent sales partners, providing guidance, support, and resources to enhance their effectiveness and success.

Establish and maintain good relationships with industry suppliers and area distributors. Maintain close rapport with Sales Service Team.

Business Development : Recruit new independent sales partners, and identify acquisition prospects, for expanding and increasing regional sales.

Collaborate with sales partners to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Generate high-quality leads through various channels.

Training and Support : Provide training, resources, and support to independent sales partners, helping them to effectively represent the company and achieve their sales targets.

Participate in education programs and work with sales partners on sales calls.

Compliance : Ensure that independent sales partners adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism within the partnership network.

Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance, sales partner activities, and market trends to sales management.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Broad knowledge of major organizational functions and activities and specialized industry knowledge equivalent to 4 years of college
  • Experience : 5-7 years of progressive experience in the Promotional Products industry, with a focus on managing independent commissioned sales partners.

Proven success in driving sales performance and partner relationships.

Skills : Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Capacity to inspire and motivate independent sales partners.

Travel : Willingness to travel frequently within the region as needed for client meetings, presentations and company events.
