The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for overseeing the general operation of the store on a day-to-day basis.
They act as a support person for all departments, ensuring that each staff member is on task with all duties and requirements and prioritizing their work in areas of the store that have the greatest immediate need.
They should also work to support the departments in times of need. They are responsible for teaching and coaching staff in the moment regarding productivity, safety, and hospitality, holding all staff accountable fairly and consistently.
Cleanliness, safety, hospitality, and efficiency are their top priorities. Flexible scheduling and Saturdays are a must!
This is a Full Time Salaried Position; previous experience will be taken into consideration.
