Architectural millwork company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in project management and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Procore and bluebeam construction software will be a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Create a detailed schedule (from project award to completion) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Determine the resources required to complete the project.
- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation and all information required.
- Create Change orders for additional work performed within the project.
- Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Ensure all approved change orders are billed.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project.
- Ensure that customer expectations are met, project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
