THE JOB :
The primary responsibility of the General Manager is to oversee all aspects of Pinky Ring's ultra-lounge and nightlife operations.
You will lead the Assistant General Manager and service teams to drive the venue's financial and operational goals, while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include optimizing reservations, managing staff, and executing initiatives from property leadership-all in alignment with Bellagio and MGM Resorts' policies.
THE DAY TO DAY :
Own, lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control and guest service standards
Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff
Manage staff performance, including scheduling, training, and productivity for the entire venue team
Collaborate with casino marketing, corporate VIP management, and property executives to deliver high-level guest experiences
Drive marketing efforts, including industry nights and beverage sponsorships, to enhance revenue growth
Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness across the venue
Partner with the Executive Chef to deliver seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room
Manage budgets contributing to both short and long-term profitability
Oversee event planning and continue to grow the business, ensuring a smooth guest experience
Maintain close communication with key stakeholders to ensure high-level service and business efficiency
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of management experience in fast-paced ultra-lounge or nightlife environments
1+ years of experience in VIP hosting, event planning, and collaboration with marketing teams
Background working with a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's and Alcohol Awareness card
