The Position
- The Interim Practice Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department.
- The Interim Manager will manage and oversee practice operations, general surgery, colorectal surgery, bariatric programs, and trauma surgery.
- This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
- This leader will ideally bring extensive experience managing ambulatory physician office practices and will be equipped to provide professional recommendations pertaining to practice management improvement strategies.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Active RN license is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience is required.
