Position Overview :
We are seeking recent graduates with a competitive edge to join our team as Marketing & Events Specialists. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have a background in sports, enjoy collaboration, and possess a winning mentality.
Whether you've been an athlete or part of a sports team, your experience will help you excel in our fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for non-profit clients, with a focus on sports-related events and initiatives.
- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure seamless promotion and execution of events.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Create compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, and more to promote events and engage audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the sports and non-profit sectors.
- Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations as needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, generating reports to inform future strategies.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Prior involvement in sports, teams, or competitive environments.
- A drive to learn, compete, and excel in the marketing and events industry.
