Job Descriptio The Entry Level Events Assistant at Talkish Co. supports the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth event experience for attendees.
Pay : $21.50 - $31.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of company events and activities.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and transportation.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
- Prepare event materials, including agendas, invitations, and promotional items.
- Help set up and manage event spaces, including decorations and equipment.
- Provide on-site support during events to address any issues that arise.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
- Maintain event records and help with budget tracking.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
