Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries.
Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions.
Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope.
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document.
Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
- 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following :
- Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing RICEF tracker and Lean Specification for technical and functional design to communicate project tasks for implementation of Oracle Benefits, Payroll, HR, Absences, and Recruiting modules in projects;
- Configuring Github as repository for code version and migration and ServiceNow for defect tracking;
- Developing interfaces, data conversions and application extensions, utilizing HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BIP reports, OTBI reports, and SQL database for data extraction along with HCM data loaders and spreadsheet data loaders or data conversion;
- Working across all phases of the Agile methodology by creating user stories for project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Absences solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle standard documentation templates including BR 100 (Business Requirement) for Oracle HCM and ERP modules;
- Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Oracle SaaS (Software as a service) modules including HR, Payroll, Benefits, ERP and middleware platforms including Oracle Integration Cloud, Cloud Central integration and Oracle Database Server; and
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing ALM (Application Life Cycle
Management) and Azure applications.
