JOB SUMMARY

Fluke Corporation seeks a visionary leader to drive the definition, execution, and adoption of enhanced commercial processes, systems, and operations.

The successful candidate will lead commercial transformation projects, streamline unified processes and tools, and improve customer experience, insights, and partner performance.

This position is expected to be part of our talent pipeline, developing individuals for advancement into senior leadership executive roles.

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

Strategy : Analyze current processes and systems and set objectives with stakeholders, in alignment with senior leadership.

Focus on agile scalable systems to meet future business and analytical needs. Establish business systems priorities, program objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables aligned with Fluke’s strategy and policy deployment initiatives.

Project Management : Define business requirements, manage dependencies, track tasks, and coordinate with key stakeholders to handle issues and ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.

Talent : Mentor teams on hiring, engagement, talent development, retention, and performance. Provide coaching and leadership in support of improved end-user experience and customer satisfaction, while constantly striving to enhance team performance and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Attract and develop talent. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on Commercial Operations strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Own strategic planning and execution for customer operations and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to drive integrated business solutions and achieve operational goals.
  • Lead change management efforts to adopt new processes and systems, including communication, training, and engagement.
  • Identify key problems, analyze root causes, and define process improvements by utilizing the Fortive Business System (FBS).
  • Provide operational metrics and trends through reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Resolve operational problems with critical thinking and urgency to ensure efficient commercial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • 10+ years of people and program management focused on commercial operations with proven success in implementing and improving scalable solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing business systems : ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP), CRM (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce), service ticket management, data modeling, RPA, LLM or Machine Learning, and customer-facing web portals and services.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, optimizing commercial processes, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning business requirements, and coordinating with external, in-house, offshore, and local developers and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, measure, and analyze business KPIs to evaluate commercial performance, and to recommend areas for focus and improvement.
