Our Licensed Practical Nurses / Registered Nurses are a critical part of our team, who provide care, compassion, and treatment to our residents to ensure their comprehensive needs are met.

Our Licensed Practical Nurses / Registered Nurses :
- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
- Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
- Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
- Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
- Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
- Have an active LPN or RN license in the state, in good standing
- Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care ( years or more) preferred.
- Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend / holiday as needed.
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members
- Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents
Physical Requirements :
- On occasion, may need to push / pull / support up to lbs.
