- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers in person and over the phone.
- Update customer management system with policy info.
- Provide information regarding policies to customers.
- Make cancelation reminder calls & process payments.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Issue insurance policies to customers.
Requirement
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be willing to be on a career path and earn a P&C license
