Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the Legal Information Helpdesk and Prison Mail Response Program, including responding to inquiries and maintaining resourcesDevelop innovative strategies to improve legal assistance delivery to TGNC community members experiencing criminalizationRecruit, train, and supervise pro bono attorneys, interns, and volunteers working on the Legal Services ProjectRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolProject management experience or experience with program developmentFamiliarity with legal issues impacting transgender communities and communities of colorExperience with criminal defense and / or post-conviction reliefAdmission to the bar of at least one state is preferred
