The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies necessary for our projects.
The ideal candidate will also have AutoCAD experience to assist in reviewing, drafting, and interpreting design specifications and plans.
Key Responsibilities : Sourcing and Procurement : -Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage the purchasing process from order placement to delivery.-Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to ensure timely availability of : -Work closely with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product : -Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and cost-saving : -Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in Construction.
- Preferred experience in AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.-Spanish speaking is a plusPay : $28 - $30 / hr#MCTA1
