Registered Behavior Technician

Come join our clinical team providing in-home, clinic, and / or school ABA services to the Long Beach, Lakewood, South Bay, and South LA County Areas.

Provide 1 : 1 ABA intervention strategies to support individuals diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. At Autonomous Behavior Solutions, the Behavior Therapist will be responsible for the following :

• Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans created by board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors.
• Ensuring client and family are supported in meeting all aspects of the behavioral program.
• Implement goals to help support the child reach their fullest potential.
• Collect, report, and maintain data on the client's progress.
• Receive direction and provide feedback to the clinical team to help support the client's growth and development.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of an associates degree and / or enrollment in a bachelors program is required.
• Bachelor's Degree and educational coursework completed in Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• RBT is preferred and must be maintained.
• Must be available at least 15-20 hours per week for part-time and 30-35 hours per week for full-time.
• Must live near or around the Long Beach, South Bay, or surrounding LA County Metropolitan Area.
• Enthusiastic team members with a desire to support and guide children and families.
• A minimum of 1 year working with children with special needs is preferred.

• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check / fingerprinting clearance through the State DOJ and FBI.
• Demonstrated capability and readiness to interact with children who exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Required : Full physical mobility for managing student behaviors; ability to lift 50 pounds; effective oral communication;

visual acuity; and comprehension of written instructions.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours : 25 30 per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
