What You’ll Get :
- A competitive Total Compensation Pay Range of $150,000 - $185,000.
- A tailored compensation package based on qualifications, skills, and experience that includes a combination of base, bonus and equity award.
Your Impact :
- Establish and maintain a national purchasing program to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Develop strategic plans to reduce costs and ensure timely sourcing of services and goods.
- Manage and issue RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs adhering to scope of work requirements.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and centralized purchasing to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Interact with vendors, manage large contracts and ensure accountability to SLAs.
- Develop and manage vendor scorecards, monitoring KPIs with specific metrics.
- Negotiate SLAs for new and existing contracts, ensuring optimal terms.
- Source building products, materials, and services for field operations.
- Utilize data to drive informed decisions and present to senior and executive leaders.
