Role Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support of Western Union’s complex Salesforce environment
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
- Interface and collaborate with other team-members in geographically distributed locations.
- Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development
- Develop technical & domain expertise and apply the same in solving business challenges.
- Estimate technology efforts, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a Software Engineering function, at least 8 years supporting Salesforce applications related to the financial industry
- Hands-on experience in deploying Salesforce enhancement user stories solutions
- Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experienced with Salesforce API toolkit and Visualforce
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations and APIs is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS is a plus
- Hands-on experience with release management process
- Familiar with configuring and adopting new Salesforce release features
- Hands-on experience with user creation and maintenance, permissions / roles / profiles, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and case management
- Should be able to work on configuration related changes if required
- Should be good with generating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Should be able to provide technical support for the existing applications
- Should be willing to work with development team for troubleshooting issues, post deployment, if required
- Should be a good communicator and willing to work with stakeholder teams that are non-technical
annual gross base salary range is $105,600 -$140,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
