DIRECT HIRE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER Colorado Springs, CO
Highly respected General Contractor in the Colorado Springs, CO area is seeking to add a Project Manager to their team. Looking for a construction management background with Institutional and Healthcare related builds (both new builds and TI projects).
- Anticipate $100-$120K, based on experience
- Car allowance & gas card provided

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial projections.
- Oversee subcontractor contracts and change orders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Handle RFIs, procurement, and submittals.
- Lead meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
- Collaborate with Project Superintendents for smooth execution.
- Mentor Project Engineers and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in project interviews to secure new opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or educational projects (new builds and TI)
- Prefer 3+ years in construction management roles
