The Mission

The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Sr. HRIS Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.

An Active TS / SCI with polygraph security clearance up front is required to be considered for this position (no sponsorship opportunity).

The candidate will support Government staff in the following :

Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization

Develops data models for analysis

Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership

Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership

Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies :

Interfaces : DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead

Processes / Activities : Manage HR data, conduct analysis

Tools : MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

Basic Qualifications :

Requires BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.

May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

TS / SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range :

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
