This hospital is seeking a strong leader to assess and mentor an upcoming leader while working to improve and this busy department.
Experience : Required : Current RN Hawaii or RRT , + 4 years relevant clinical experience and 4 years leadership experience
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in nursing, healthcare, business or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Required
- Master's Degree : Preferred
- Five years' technical experience : Preferred
- One year's leadership experience : Preferred
Licenses / Certifications :
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Radiology Technician (RRT) licensure in state of practice : Preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification : Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS OR HS-ACLS OR RQIACLS) certification : Preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS OR HS-PALS OR RQIPALS) certification : Preferred
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) : Preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) : Preferred
