Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and receive inbound calls from patients to resolve outstanding balancesDocument patient complaints and manage tasks in Oracle and other systemsProvide 24-hour customer service and assist with financial assistance in accordance with policiesRequired Qualifications3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years of medical collections experience preferredComprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier explanationsStrong performance in cash collections and overcoming objectionsExcellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasksSelf-motivated with a high energy level and ability to perform effectively under pressure
