Reporting into Dreamhaven’s Global Community Lead, as Senior Community Partnerships Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing community marketing strategies across our entire portfolio of studios and projects.

You’ll develop and implement global plans, programs, and processes that seek to build healthy relationships with community creators and leaders as well craft best-in-class campaigns and collaborations that celebrate our games and empower our players.

What you’ll do :

  • Establish Dreamhaven’s vision and approach for partnering with global community creators, on-screen talent, volunteers, and more.
  • Identify, initiate, and build healthy, mutually-beneficial relationships with community partners of all sizes, across all platforms, and from intentionally diverse demographics.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for both external agencies and internal Dreamhaven teams and studios on all aspects of community partnership management.
  • Develop and drive programs to source, support, engage, and activate community partners across Dreamhaven’s portfolio of products.
  • Create and execute comprehensive campaigns and collaborations, both paid and organic, for each of Dreamhaven’s games that amplify critical marketing milestones while remaining consistently player-centric.
  • Define key success metrics for community partner programs, campaigns, and collaborations, providing regular reports on growth and performance.
  • Monitor community partner feedback and player sentiment, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for continual improvement and optimization.
  • Coordinate both volunteer and paid commitments for global community partners, ensuring related work is completed on time, at quality, and feels aligned with our brands and games.
  • Work closely with our international marketing teams as a critical ally, consistently finding opportunities to improve shared workflows, advocate for regional priorities, amplify regional campaigns, and keep regional community partners informed, engaged, and empowered.

What we need :

  • Proven experience building and / or supporting community partner engagement programs, marketing campaigns, and creator collaborations within the video gaming industry.
  • Strong network of global gaming creators and ability to foster new relationships.
  • Skilled in working with game developers to present plans in a clear, player-friendly way.
  • Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relations.
  • Proactive and creative problem solver with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, able to adapt across different channels (text, DMs, Discord, and more).
  • Passionate about gaming, with a deep understanding of industry trends and creator platforms.

The base salary range for this position is $86,313 to $143,855 USD per year, which is associated with our Level 3 salary band.

The range listed for this position is just one component of Dreamhaven’s total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
