CommQuest Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-time Finance Enrollment Specialist for our residential facility. The Financial Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial transactions and services within their site location related to client services.
This includes handling client payments, maintaining financial records, processing insurance information, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

What you'll do :
- Handle client financial transactions, including maintaining a cash drawer, processing payments, and preparing financial reports.
- Verify and collect insurance information, confirm Medicaid eligibility, and assist clients with financial forms
- Review financial processes with clients, including agreements for financial responsibility beyond insurance coverage.
- Complete charge verification and entry for client services.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely billing and collections.
- Assist clients with understanding and navigating Medicaid applications and enrollment processes.
- Assist with office duties as assigned and provide support for various programs, as needed, as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, billing, or a related area. Experience with electronic health record systems and behavioral health services is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
