Job Summary : This two-year Management Residency program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills, both personally and professionally, of Seventh-day Adventist college graduates who are interested in a management career in the health care and educational industry.
The Management Residency program provides hands-on experience in key departments around the LLUH entities. Performs other duties as needed.
As a Management Resident you choose a track and within that track you will be rotating every few months gaining experience in different departments.

- Risk Management / Human Resource Management Resident

Education and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (having graduated within the last 36 months) or completed by start date of program required.
Some leadership experience preferred. Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church required.
