POSITION SUMMARY :
Effective management of loading operations to include orders filling / loading of applicable delivery vehicles. Provide direction of 15-20 hourly employees.
Oversees product breakage management.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Expense control and implementing safety initiatives.
- Train others to assist in warehouse functions.
- Manage product loading and housekeeping.
- Recommend discipline to Warehouse Supervisor / Manager / Director regarding employee work rule violations.
- Supervises employees
- Performs other duties as required.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse Supervisory experience; OR 5 years Warehouse Supervisory experience.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Related training or certification.
- Experience working in a team environment.
COMPENSATION RANGE :
Potential earning is from $22.22 to $41.78 hourly
